Training

Courses are available free of charges to Schools that subscribe to the ITASS.
For Curriculum Courses If you are a level 1 or Level 2 subscribers training courses will be subject to additional charges as per the ITASS SLA Terms and Conditions.
Bespoke Courses and onsite school training will subject to additional charges.
Please note due to high demand of some training courses, there is a limit of 2 persons per school, should you wish to book more than 2 please contact ITASS where additional places that are required will be added onto the waiting list and if places are available you will be notified prior to the course date.

Please note the following as per our ITASS SLA
- ITASS reserve the right to cancel under- subscribed courses with up to 48 hours notice
- ITASS reserve the right to raise a charge for non- attendance or cancellations notified within 48 hours of course commencement
Cancellation policy
Due to a high number of delegates not turning up for training course that they have booked, ITASS have a cancellation charge policy within the Service Level Agreement, any delegates failing to cancel the course within 48 hours will be charged. The failure of delegates to turn up on the courses denies others of attending, we currently have a waiting lists for courses and if cancellation notices are given, available places can be offered to someone who is able to attend.
Delegates who do not attend a course, if they have failed to notify us of cancellation within 48hrs of the course date, will be charged 50% of the cost of the non-subscriber rate for the particular course. We do however understand that under certain circumstances, places may have to be cancelled at late notice, and charges maybe waived at ITASS's Senior Managers discretion.
We are aware that many schools book delegates on courses many weeks in advance of the course date therefore we send the following reminders to schools:
- Weekly email reminders, listing all staff booked on to ITASS courses two weeks and one week in advance of the course date, are sent to School’s Admin email account;
- Weekly email reminders, two weeks and one week in advance of the course date are sent to the email account provided for the delegate at point of booking;
I would therefore ask you to ensure that any staff booked onto courses either attend or advise ITASS outside the 48hrs if they will be cancelling.
