Please click on the link to log into the
ITASS helpdesk to report a fault to the Main ITASS team or your School Based Technician.
To login you will need your USO (.316) username and password.
If you are logging a helpdesk call for your SBT (School Based Technician) then please ensure that when you choose type from the drop down list that you choose SBT SUPPORT.

When logging a call, please ensure that you describe the issue as accurate as possible. Also, please make sure you've selected the correct team so your call can be dealt with effectively.
