E-safety

E-safetyThe virtual world opens up new opportunities for learning and creativity, but it also means thinking about new risks.

What we have in place:

Our schools' broadband connection link to many educational resources and services without actually going out onto the internet.

Our pupils' email system (SafeMail) is secured, so that they can only send emails to and receive emails from other people within their school.

We have a URL Filtering Platform to help protect pupils from accessing inappropriate websites.
