In these lessons, children learn how to find and use information in a large data file. Children find facts and statistics from a data file on Premier League football 2002-2003 season with over 300 records of matches played. They learn how to search records, create graphs and write reports. They then apply these skills to a different data file containing even more records. There are Junior Viewpoint and Softease Database versions of the data file and help guides. The lessons are based on the ‘Football Worksheets’ resource downloaded from the Logotron website.
