About the demonstration files

Demonstration files are short animated videos showing specific aspects of the lesson. They have been designed to support teachers through some of the more technical aspect of ICT lessons and can be used in a number of ways:

* For teachers to view in preparation for the lesson.
* For teachers to share with students as part of the lesson.
* To be saved in the RMShared Documents area for children to access during the lesson.

Demonstration files can be viewed in three ways:

(1) All demonstration files are embedded into the flipchart and are referred to in the lesson plan.

(2) The 'Demonstration Files' folder for each unit contains the individual Flash© files for viewing. Click on the icon to view this example.

(3) The individual Flash© files can also be viewed from the ITASS website.

When using the demonstration files, teachers have the flexibility of pausing, repeating or skipping sections using the controls at the bottom of each demonstration window.
